We are a family-owned business operated by its owners Melvin Velasquez who holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Zulia-Venezuela and a master’s degree in Construction Project Management With 17 years of experience in his profession, he decided to venture into his passion, the construction industry. His knowledge and experience have led to remarkable success with Champion, and he personally takes on every project with dedication and passion to turn our clients’ vision into reality.

On the other hand, his wife Ayleen Cubillan, holds a degree in Business Administration from the Rafael Belloso Chacin University (URBE) in Venezuela, and a Doctorate in Management Sciences. She manages the administrative aspects of this company that started as a dream and, thanks to a lot of effort and sacrifice, is now a reality.
